(3)用于縱縫焊接的氣電立焊的研究,國(guó)內(nèi)尚處于起步階段。應(yīng)研究開發(fā)用于儲(chǔ)罐縱縫焊接的氣電立焊技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)產(chǎn)化,對(duì)打破國(guó)外技術(shù)壟斷,減少工程成本,滿足儲(chǔ)罐建設(shè)的需要具有重要意義。此外,應(yīng)解決目前所采用的氣電立焊的焊機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)改造,使之能適用于儲(chǔ)罐倒裝施工工藝,進(jìn)一步提高拱頂儲(chǔ)罐的焊接質(zhì)量和建造速度,縮短施工周期,提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
(4)倒裝儲(chǔ)罐埋弧自動(dòng)橫焊的研究和應(yīng)用歷史不長(zhǎng),還有許多問題需要解決。
