每次制造完畢后，用抺布將HDPE儲(chǔ)罐表面清洗整潔，嚴(yán)禁用很多的水持續(xù)清洗機(jī)器設(shè)備外界，防止隔熱層毀壞。

按加工工藝規(guī)定，制造一定時(shí)間后，解決罐里開展清理。長(zhǎng)時(shí)間，超出72鐘頭，停工后，開課前機(jī)器設(shè)備應(yīng)再次清理。

清理規(guī)范，單種類應(yīng)用的機(jī)器設(shè)備清理至不可以發(fā)覺可視性臟物；好幾個(gè)種類應(yīng)用的同一臺(tái)機(jī)器設(shè)備在拆換種類時(shí)按加工工藝規(guī)定實(shí)行。

清理實(shí)際操作人應(yīng)立即填好清理紀(jì)錄，工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)收入工程驗(yàn)收并簽名確定。

進(jìn)到HDPE儲(chǔ)罐中清理該罐時(shí)應(yīng)按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的要求開展。進(jìn)到機(jī)器設(shè)備內(nèi)清理時(shí)，應(yīng)在釜底鋪平海綿墊，以防專用工具掉入，并須穿膠底鞋，以防損害夾層玻璃面。

儲(chǔ)罐的筒夾內(nèi)禁止進(jìn)到酸液。如果清理筒夾一定得用酸液時(shí)，不可以用pH＜2的酸液，酸液進(jìn)到該機(jī)器設(shè)備夾套會(huì)造成氫效用，造成表層像魚鱗片大規(guī)模掉下來，一般清理筒夾能用百分之二的次氯酸鈉溶液，再自來水清理筒夾。

When entering into HDPE storage tank and cleaning the tank, it shall be carried out according to the requirements specified in national standards. When entering the machinery and equipment for cleaning, the sponge pad shall be paved at the bottom of the Buss to prevent special tools from falling in, and rubber soled shoes shall be worn to prevent damage to the laminated glass surface.

No acid is allowed into the collet of the storage tank. If the acid solution must be used to clean the collet, the acid solution with pH < 2 can not be used. The acid solution entering the jacket of the machine and equipment will cause hydrogen effect and cause the surface to fall off like fish scales on a large scale. Generally, the collet can be cleaned with 2% sodium hypochlorite solution and tap water.
