低溫儲(chǔ)罐的主要的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)
1 采用真空絕熱,熱材料為珠光砂。
2 頂部充液設(shè)計(jì)有多孔淋充結(jié)構(gòu),可以使低溫液體在充入內(nèi)容器時(shí)穩(wěn)靜。并可使內(nèi)容器中的部門氣相被低溫吸收液化,以保持充裝過程中內(nèi)容器氣相壓力的相對不亂性。
3 內(nèi)膽和外殼間的支承結(jié)構(gòu)采用上部不銹鋼拉帶下部不銹鋼管支撐方式。設(shè)備正常工位下(立式),內(nèi)膽及其儲(chǔ)存介質(zhì)的重力載荷通過3根不銹鋼管傳遞到外殼上,傳遞到外殼支腿和設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)上,避免產(chǎn)生額外的偏心力矩載荷,該結(jié)構(gòu)同時(shí)保障了設(shè)備工作時(shí)低溫工況下內(nèi)膽自由收縮的需要。
4 低溫管路從罐體下端集中引出,便于操縱維護(hù)。為保證罐體能不亂安全地儲(chǔ)存低溫液體,罐體設(shè)置有多重安全裝置和儀表:配置液位計(jì),壓力表,夾層設(shè)有外筒防爆裝置,內(nèi)膽設(shè)有組合安全系統(tǒng),此外還有管路閥等。
低溫儲(chǔ)罐的工藝描述
1、氣體置換處理
儲(chǔ)罐在首次使用前必需進(jìn)行氣體置換處理,利用氮?dú)獯祾咧脫Q管道及儲(chǔ)罐內(nèi)空氣。
2、穩(wěn)壓及故障排除
打開增壓器輸入閥,可進(jìn)步儲(chǔ)罐內(nèi)壓力,如發(fā)現(xiàn)緊急情況可打開氣體排放閥進(jìn)行泄壓。在工作狀態(tài)下,儲(chǔ)罐一旦超壓可以通過閥和爆破片進(jìn)行泄壓。
3、丈量
根據(jù)液位計(jì)的讀數(shù)參照液位對照表可以讀出儲(chǔ)罐的實(shí)際裝載容積;根據(jù)壓力表可以讀出儲(chǔ)罐的工作壓力;在儲(chǔ)罐檢驗(yàn)期間或者運(yùn)行過程中假如發(fā)現(xiàn)儲(chǔ)罐壓力升速異常,可以通過真空熱偶規(guī)管丈量夾層的真空度。

In order to ensure that the tank can store cryogenic liquid safely and safely, the tank is provided with multiple safety devices and instruments: a liquid level gauge, a pressure gauge, an explosion-proof device for the outer cylinder, a combined safety system, and a tube. 1. gas replacement treatment
The tank must be gas-substituted before it is used for the first time, and the air in the tank and the tank can be replaced by a nitrogen purge.
2. voltage regulation and troubleshooting
Open the booster input valve to improve the pressure in the tank. If an emergency is found, open the gas discharge valve to relieve pressure. Under working conditions, once the tank is overpressured, it can be relieved by a safety valve and a rupture disc.
3.measuring
According to the reading of the level gauge, the actual loading volume of the tank can be read by referring to the liquid level comparison table; the working pressure of the tank can be read according to the pressure gauge; if the tank pressure rises abnormally during the tank inspection or during the operation The vacuum of the interlayer can be measured by a vacuum thermocouple gauge.
